CIS Module

Exchequer Software now include a fully integrated CIS/RCT module (RCT in Ireland) for Project and Job costing, designed to automate the employment and tax deductions of sub-contracted labour within the UK and Ireland.

The CIS/RCT module was developed as an extension to the existing Job Costing functionality within Enterprise, in order to meet the requirements of the UK's Construction Industry Scheme and the Relevant Contracts Tax in Ireland.

Exchequer Enterprise is ideal for any SME company in the construction and allied industries that employs sub-contracted employees, who are responsible to the Inland Revenue to account for tax deductions at source. CIS/RCT/RCT certificates that, depending on the certificate type, entitle the sub-contractor to receive payments from the contractor either Gross or Net of CIS/RCT/RCT tax deductions are easily handled by Enterprise. Importantly the CIS module allows you to have automatic production of vouchers, eliminating the timely exercise of manual completion.
