- Ability to add dated and/or general Notes and to Link external files to any transaction or record, including Customers, Suppliers and Stock. This is exceptionally useful to hold additional data which can be used on any documentation you need to produce, or internal data reference for people to refer to. You can also flag notes for other users attention which allows them to instantly view the source of the note and take any action required.
- Independent Cost Centres and Departments from within the Nominal Ledger allows you to have a separate analysis of your business, example being employee breakdown by departmental or branch. This prevents you form having an overcomplicated nominal structure, in order to provide comprehensive reporting. All cost centre and department totals can be presented on-screen in relation to the Nominal ledger balances.
- Excel OLE links allow you to create your own reports and link the cells in your spreadsheet to the information in Enterprise. If the information in Enterprise changes so does your spreadsheet.
- Exchequer .NET SDK a set of tools made available to allow customisation of the Enterprise product and importantly allows Exchequer Enterprise to seamlessly integrate with any 3rd party application your company is already using. It is important to note that any customisation using this facility does not prevent you from upgrading your Exchequer Enterprise system to the latest version.
- Sentimail ™ a business alerts module, written specifically for the Exchequer Enterprise system, allows comprehensive and efficient alerts pre-set for your individual requirements. This allows you to manage your business by exception an important consideration when evaluating business software.
